  1. I love this shot, the sepia color gives a nice hue to the mood of the photograph. the blurred DOF blends so beautifully with the scene, you are going to make it BIG dude, trust me, All the very best.

Our daughter is 15 months now, and this was taken in the first couple

of months after she was born. Its so nice to see these images of her

drooling. Thank you digital age, thank you Canon for making this all

    possible :). Comments welcome.

  2. Hey, nice to see you after a very long time. This shot has come out beautifully. Nice to see that you have a 20D now, I got one too :). I tried to take a few smoke shots last week, but it didnt quite come out as well as it did with my G2. I guess I need to sit patiently some day and work on it. Any tips to shoot smoke with a DSLR as opposed to a point and shoot?

This is a very nice shot. I am just curious if you did something with the picture using Photoshop. It seems like the Draganizer effect was used on this one, but I might be wrong.
  3. Hey Vijay, nice panoramic kind of shot. Two suggestions that I have, next time try to shoot lower than this, you get a better effect, and maybe with some sand in the foreground for a 3D effect. Secondly try to get a circular polarizer to accentuate the blues of the sky.

Hey Brad, Wonderful macros of flowers that you have here. I was reading up on the Kiron lenses, and i happen to stumble upon your portfolio. This particular shot of your was very intriguing because i had shot a similar picture a couple of years back. After seeing your macros and Arnab Pritam Das' work, I am waiting to get myself a Kiron lens.

The lighting is exquisite. All the right things about this photograph. If there was only one nitpick, i would say that it looks pretty posed a shot rather than candid. A candid shot would have added more punch to this shot.

This is fantastic, how did you get so much DOF? When you say reverse mounted the 17-40, how did you do it?
  4. Very kind words there. Well, I would have shot it at f11, but when i saw how the scene was never ending, i wanted to get as much DOF as possible. I am not good with landscapes, but this particular shot is by far my best :).
