I liked the quality of this image but for some reason i can't stand
looking at it anymore.

I like how the trees and their reflections create a frame. It looks, however, that the town is about to tip over to the left. you should rotate this about .5 degrees clockwise.

How do u get contrast like that with Tri-x 400. I keep on getting to much grey or harsh black and whites. Do u overexpose your images, do u use flash on most of them?
