Hello Andrew. Just returning your comment on my photo of the same stair case. Yes, the light house has gone through a total refurb, and is very nice now. They also removed that ugly chain-link fence material from the viewing platform, and replaced it with a "photo-friendly" wire which allows for non-obstructed landscapes from the top. As to your photo... I think you have a better composition than mine, and if you had a person for scale and context, it would be perfect.
