    The shapes that the spinning lights generate are really intriguing (flowers, fireworks?), but I wonder if using a tripod to get the tower sharp would have been better. It would have given the viewer a 'resting point' (pardon my Dutch). Maybe that would have killed the picture, though, dunno.

    Beautiful colors, nice and simple composition, and that dark part of the water at the bottom (shadow?) adds intrigue. Nice!
