Nice Photo but I would suggest just a couple of changes. Retouching appears to have been done by Portrait Professional software. I see a couple of gaps in the necklace, oversharpening the eyes have created oversharpening in the eyebrows. I would have removed the bra strap on her right shoulder. Background retouching seems to have intruded into hair. Could be a nice portrait but really doesn't need all the post processing.
