Dana, thank you for your insightful comment, I really appreciate every comment and suggestion like yours.

I visited Iceland one time in 2008 and I hope to come back soon. I like this picture, it render a good idea of the Iceland landsdape and at the same time document the power that lay under that magnificent region.

I wanted emphatize the movement of the boat due to the strong wind. I think it

render the idea but leave the subject recognizable. This is one of a serie of

minimalist picture I took with long exposure on water (take a look at my portfolio if

you can) but this is quite different due to the moving subject. I hope that you like as

much I like it. Anyway I will appreciate any sort of critiques and comments other

than ratings. Thank you so much.

During the composition process in taking pictures of that beautyful place I tried many times to crop away those poles, instead you have been successfulss incorporating them and making them an important part of the picture.

I am a big fan of the square format and symmetry so, taking the above recommendation of a different crop, I would try to crop away a bit from the left end from the righ and leave the boat in the center. This way even the hill on background remain in the center, playng wiht the man an the boat. Anyway a grat image, congratulation.

David, no one dragged the rock, that is a natural phenomenon that happens in the "racetrack playa" where many rocks move over the ground due to the strong wind, muddy ground and ice water that helps the rocks to stay afloat. There are many many rocks and many many track, ence the name "racetrack playa".

Excellent high key photo! The light, the model, the symmetric composition.... all elements complete each other to build a stunning image.

Very original. Normally I like the big expanded sky as clearly showed by my pictures but this time I 

would explore the possibility of a wider aspect ratio (panoramic) in order to eliminate the big empty space in the upper part. Just my humble opinion, I like it very much!

A very strong and emotional image, congratulation! At first I did not notice the pattern on the floor in the low right angle but when I enlarge the picture it is visible enough to give more balance to the picture and put it in context. Excellent!

Hello! I agree with most of the above comment about the fact that this image could be enanched a little bit (which might not be?) Nevertheless is a powerfull and original image which grabbed immediatly my attention in a stunning portfolio, one of the best and more original picture you can find on the net. Complimenti!
