Thanks a lot for the comments.
I think this is the best contrast I can get on the film. My tele lense is of very poor quality. I've already emphasised the contrast with the polarizer but it is still very difficult to get the west ridge separated from the sky.

Could you tell me how to get the pinkish colour? And how did you metre the amount of exposure? -
