For this photo I agree with G.Alan Fink ...

As I told you in today's chat I _really_ do like this picture ... it somehow looks "painted" which matches my style (at least in most of my pictures)
Great sense of a nice view! Great work!

wow .. absolutely stunning ...
and now that you confirmed that it's 100% photo and not a digital manipulation I only can show greatest respect ...

Hmmm ... should I really tell you?
Normally I should tell you, that I used some fancy > USD 1000,- flashhead with spot-former here .... but I didn't .. instead I did some improvisation ;)
ok ... the only lightsources I have are two 500 watt halogen lights (on 15 by 20 cm reflectors) ... what I needed here was a spotlight, so I took some white cardbord of about 80 x 120 cm, folded this into a cone with one diameter of about 30 cm and the other of about 4 cm.
I laid the calla - and some leave which doesn't normally belong to it, but fit in the scene - onto black cardboard ...
I then put this white-cardboard-cone - which was about one meter long - over the reflector of one of those lights (and I used just a single light here) and got a nice directable spot ... the only thing I had to manage was to guide this "spot" (which wasn't fixed to the reflector) and trigger the release (cord) at the same time ;)))
[i hope you can imagine this daring construction from my verbal description ;)]
must have looked kinda funny, but I got what I wanted ... and it's only the result that counts ;))
bye,
Ingo

This one is the most moving photo I saw of the whole attack ...
This photo brought more realization of the tragedy for me than any on CNN, Time or whereever ...
... good photo ...

I like it ... probably because it matches my style ;)
