Amazing. I wouldn't have thought it possible to get this kind of smoothness from Neopan 1600 developed in Rodinal (i.e. grain plus grain). Are these scanned from negs or prints?

The Eaton Centre is a huge indoor shopping mall in downtown Toronto,
Canada. It was December 24th and the place was thronged with
last-minute shoppers. This photo was from my first test roll of
Ilford's new version of Delta 400. I would appreciate any comments
(more valuable to me than numerical ratings). Thanks in advance.

This photo is absolutely stunning. Congratulations. I wonder what it would look like with a slightly warmer tone?

I recognized the face as soon as I saw the thumbnail. What a great portrait of the late great writer -- the bushy beard was his trademark and the composition and sepia give it a great look. Like the previous poster though, I find myself wanting at least a little more detail in the dark side of the face. The lighting is dramatic but it seems to drop off to nothing so quickly...

The cool tone and the light look interesting here. The model is beautiful. But I'm disturbed about not being able to see her arms.

Nice lines. I find the upper-left-hand corner a little distracting though, due to its greater brightness (from the clouds and lighter sky -- less polarisation?)

It does look like it could be a lingerie ad, but more classy! I love the sepia effect in this and your other sepia-toned portraits. Is the sepia chemical or digital?

I love the sepia effect here, it's great. For some reason, though, the badges on the denim jacket are a little distracting to me. I would almost prefer something more plain to go with the starkness of the lighting. The navel ring is a nice touch. Great mood.

A wonderful shot. It's as if the bridge is being squeezed by the fog below and the clouds above.

A great series you have here. You've caught both the world of the letters and the world of the community that lives by them. The shots of the soifer hunched over the scroll are great. I might suggest pruning the series down a little for presentation purposes, though.
I hope this new Torah witnesses many happy occasions for your community.
