Shot in mid-October as the sun set after a hard day's work on the

farm.

I had originally shot the bright yellow leaf on a blue pond which

turned out to be a great photo in itself, but as I walked inside to

put the image on my computer I noticed a Valerie Tabor-Smith book

sitting on the table and the idea for "innocence" struck me. The

little girl is from one of Valerie's photos. This was a test I did

to see how it would look.......next time I'll use my own little

girl! ;)

A tree located in Sevierville, TN that the locals know as "The

Cross". It sits alone on top of a hill that overlooks Sevierville.

During the summer, the sun sets behind Bluff Mountain and

creates a beautiful view from the "The Cross"
