The Leica literature states that there will be an adapter to use Leica R lenses

on the Digilux 3. Has there been any additional information released? Which

lenses are/are not supported? Are there any drawbacks?

Curiously, my RTS II seems to be misreading the selected aperture on my Planar 85mm/

1.4.

1.4 is reading as 1.2, 2.0 is reading as 1.7, etc. All my other Zeiss lenses are

communicating flawlessly with the camera. Will metering be affected? I am able to very

slightly turn the ring to obtain the correct reading, but the blades also adjust slightly.

Should I turn the ring for the correct meter reading and then turn it back before I release

the shutter? How will this affect TTL flash metering with my TLA 360?

I'm considering both the 28mm/2.8 and the 28/2 Contax lenses. While I've been able

to find plenty of information regarding the 28/2.8, reviews of the 28/2 have been

elusive. I'm curious about the performance of the 28/2, particularly at full aperture.

How does it compare to the 50/1.4 in terms of sharpness and contrast. Is there

vignetting at full aperture? Is is as heavy as it looks? Thanks.

I'm new to both medium format and studio photography. I have

typically used medium-red filters when shooting on technical

pan, infrared and pan f when sooting outdoors. I was wondering

if this is recommended (or widely implemented) for studio work.

I use 2-3 tungstun hot lights and shoot on a classic (pre-WW2)

Rolleiflex. Thanks in advance.
