Lorain!!! 1)Select on photoshop "color range" the blue, and make a noise despecle on the filters menu (2 times the same move). 2) Sharpen/unsharp mask on filters menu.
3) Image/adjust/hue saturation and up the saturation 10%
4) 5-10 % up the contrast
I think your image will be little better.

I think you should keep one color at one layer-object -
i thing you should sing small the opacity of the right layer at 80-90% -
