I like the model, but would try different crop. Step back and let's see her arms, too... And IMHO the light on the top is too much.

 

Is the film soo grainy or did PS made it look this way?

 

My problem with duotones is usually, that I would use another color then the photographer does. Did you try other colors, too? I only ask, because blue is used SOO often. But well, it might work here, too.

This TRULY is a great photo. I'm trying to make pictures like this, too. I like the composition, the unhorizontal horizont tells me, that the psyche of the photographed person is also not stable...
