My first try on still. From more than 10 pampkins (mostly strange-
shaped) wife just bought to home, I selected the two rounded ones.
Intended for roundness and harmonics. Critiques welcome!

Reminds me the childhood memory of getting lost. I always got lost in a town like this when I was a child.
Somehow I hope this could have been captured by a high resolution format. It would be nice to see the details of the tiles.

Nice color. Would have given a full score if the thing in the window had been cleared out.
-
This time the left upper corner discomforts my eyes
-
Cluster, busy, no main subject
-
The left corner lower coner is too heavy and blocky.
-
Again, don't like the upper right corner
-
Just don't like it, especially the distracting right upper corner

I hesitated not to give this photo a rating, because I am not a big fan of special effect photography. But I couldn't. This one is just too beautiful to resist.

On my 2048x1536 screen, it looks like a stamp. Great lighting and contrast, but not sharp(both foreground and background) even at such a small size.

Scott, every time I visit your portfolio, I always find something new and great enhancement of your skill. This is a really nice special effect photo. I like the subtle texture formed by the branches, and thrilled by the visual impact of the luminous setting sun. Great contrast and well excuted composition and exposure. This one should belong to the category of "fine art".

The title says it all. It is the color matters!
This is the kind of photo that should be selected as FOW.

Yeah, the net is "the eye of the dragon", which separates this photo from ordinary. The black part of BG really pops the backlit thorn out. Agree with the previous post, the second thorn is too unsharp not to be disturbing. Either make it sharp or blur it more, though I know it is the limitation of the camera(small sensor).

Juergen,
Congratulations!!!
I love the wonderful feeling of soothe and beauty. The dark area contribute a lot to the whole mood, I happen to love it(as somebody noted as underexposure).

Yes. That's exactly what in my mind by the time I took the photo.
-
The antenna is the only thing I hate in this photo.

What a autumn!

You have magic eyes. What a artistic "vitualization"!

As a macro photography lover, I love your unique style. I am happy to add you onto my favorite list.

I like your photos very much, though it may not fit everybody's taste(look at the average rating).
BTW, I hope they could be larger.

The butterfly came out from dream, dream of color.

Me too. But I wish it could have been made using wide angle. I would have rated it 10/10 if vastness had been added on.

All these photos find me a new world. Thank you, Bill.
