i disagree with the previous comment on the smaller area of sunlight being a problem. If the area of sunlight was larger it would lead the eye out of the shot and not into the shot. This is golden rule of painting. I think in order to really carry off this type of work all the verticals should be vertical. A small point I know, and a view camera would have helped here. This is the sort of image that I have seen numerous times and it has become a cliche. It needs something more. Anyway, a good effort all round
