Shot as she was 2 months old, I put a black fabric on the side of her cot

and had some cushions down in case she was falling over which almost

happened twice, then my wife had enough and banned me from trying to

get "the shot"....still like this one but have the feeling as well I could

have made it better, no chance anymore for sure, she's too big now

As an enthusiastic campist, like it a lot, simple, well composed and nice colours. Perhaps a slightly higher viewpoint in order to see the tent a bit better?

After arriving from a 4 days business trip, just had the company camera

on hand (crappy 5 year old Minolta), but she felt for sure as tired as I

was.........no clue who she is by the way, she was just sitting across

the alley......

This is a personal spot, as my wife used to go there to think and

meditate quite often when we were living in Peru, and thats also why we

have this as a 16"x20" print (enlaged by myself) in the dining room.

Thanks for all your feedback. I think as well it was worth to wake up at 5am to get this.....especially when I got back home at 7:30 and went straight back to bed for another 3 hours......:=)

Hi Crystal. Many thanks for stopping by. I was using AP set at f8 but no clue about the speed. Otherwise, the photo is basically unmanipulated (besides contrast and saturation). I was shooting almost against the sun (which just popped up) and the yellow light was so strong I had to reduce the saturation a bit while saving the jpg.
