Thanks for the help everyone! :0) Scott

Since we are talking about expensive things.... I got to fly to N.Y.
city on a friend of a friends Helicopter last week. $300,000+ and
$800.00 a hour to run. Just think a 50 Cron a hour. It was an
experience I wont forget. Flew over some of those rich houses in
New Haven CT.
Securely griping my Leica:0) ----> Scott

I've been combing through some of the posts on this lens. Are
people having problems with focus??? Are there any sites
besides VOIGTLANDER/Cosina (way to limited info) that test this
lens. Thanks for any help! Scott

It's a magazine??? I thought it was a photo catalogue. ;0)

Thanks for your comparison of bolth cameras. It seemed pretty
fair IMHO.

Where did you see the Hexar RF for $700.00 first. I'm looking for
a second camera to my M6TTL. Thanks Scott

YOUR wife rocks!!!!! Keep the M6TTL and enjoy. Happy
Day----------> Scott

I had the same "small dust spot" on the front 90 APO Cron I
bought. Sent I back for another and recieved a perfect
replacement . I would send it back if you can. Any time you take it
out you'll be thinking about it. And that IMHO is a expensive
thought.
Happy day & good luck ------> Scott

Glen, Will my TICONDEROGA #2 screwmont fit in this
sharpener? ;0) Scott

I ment to say "paper size selected". Sorry :0)
-
Jason, there's a a layout button (sqare button) next to the PRINT
button click that and make sure you have the right paper sixe
selected in the "fit to page" area. Sound like you have it on A4 or
letter which would strech your photo out. Hope this helps :0)

I just dont understand how digital is going to take over in a short
amount of time. I work at a mini-lab ( the contrition of going back
to art school) and people cant even load their APS camera's. I
wont even get into when they come back because they put it on P
instead of H setting. Who's going to teach the public to white
balance, file size, color correction . The pro photographer's are
having a hard time with this. I think the technologies after you
take the photo have to catch up for the digital camera's. IMHO we
are safe for a while. scott

I'm happy for you Steve welcome to the club. I've had my M6TTL
for almost a year and couldn't be happier. My girl friend thinks I
like it more than her. ;0) I so far have traded a F-100 and bunch
of lenses and my first range finder a Mamiya 7 with two lenses.
Good luck your hooked now! Scott

Hope you can stand one more opinion. I have the Domke F-803
and feel that it's perfect for the Leica M cameras. My biggest fear
with it is that some day I'll forget ot clasp the front (no backup
velcro on front flap) and my 90 apo & 50 will role out! Yikes!!! All
in all the F-803 price and capacity make it a winner. Maybe I'll
sew in a small velcro patch. :0) Good luck, Scott

"2) I just sold my children so I can buy an M7. Should I get silver
or black?"
<p>
Now thats getting down to the brass tacks of what the M7 is all
about. To funny!!!!! :0) Scott

My M6TTL Finder usually has a Multi-coating on it, right after I've
had a slice of pizza or buttered popcorn.

I have not tried the Op/Tech's Soft pouch rangefinder yet, but like
you, hope to read people's opions about it. I have two bags for
my M6. A Domke 803 & Crumpler "Home Stayer" from Jobo Co.
Their bolth satchel type bags and I'm happy with bolth. The
Domke does'nt seem to have the padding I want to protect the
camera but it does fit more and hang better when your walking.
I'm thinking of getting a extra insert for the 803 maybe then I'll be
happy. Happy Hunting. Scott

Thanks for the info Bud. I thought you just need Erwin's site
Steve, sorry for the confusion. Should of had my coffee first
before look for info on the M7. :0) Scott

The resone I asked about the Hewes reels is that I was just
starting to look for new reels after my "cheaper" mexico produced
reels purchased 10yrs at photo school are finally toasted. I
found that over the years as long as you dont drop a steel reel
they last. These Hewes reels seem to be well regarded on
some of the treads on this web site.

where did you get the M adapters Giles? Thanks, Scott

Tony first off, thanks for your work on this forum.:0) My quetsion is
about the speed of Photo.net. Photo.net seems to take for ever
to load up/do searches there. Are they working on this? I have
cable internet and I have tried photo.net with T3 line at work all
are slow. I actually find myself coming to read posts here
because of this.;0) Thanks I've been meaning to ask you this
since I read that this forum would be moving. --->Scott
