I spent 4 months in Costa Rica and never even got the chance to see one of these guys.... let alone photograph one. Nice capture! Take a look at my Costa Rica wildlife photos if you have time.

That is fantastic!! I'm really curious what your set up looks like. Do you have some sort of auto-shutter-release? or just a quick finger :) Regardless, Its a fabulous image, very well captured... it makes me want to reach out and try to touch it to see what it feels like, as though I expect it to be jelloish. well done

here's a recropping of the original photo. In order to achieve this verticle "crop" I had to clone in more dry grass below the calf and more fencing above the student from another photo I had taken. How successful was I?
