I don't know if I'm good enough to comment on your work. But my first impression looking at this one is that I love the composition... along with the placement of your sitter close to the edge. Also, I love the lines + the color contast, but prefer a bit more room between his/her feet and the bottom edge.

Nice color... but the blurry texture of the flowing water looks like it has been digitally modified...

I agree with the comment on the chopper... Even if it's real, the chopper's lack of motion would have raised questions on the credibility of the photo.
