Lovely photo ! The off-centre composition works well and superb eye contact. Did you use fill-flash here ? (it looks like more than 1 catch light in the eyes).

The only downside to the photo is the distracting black mark on the left-hand side of the photo. Cover it up with your thumb to see if you think removing it makes it look better. Since you added noise in Photoshop, you could remove this too.

My suggestion is that the star limbs would be thinner and sharper if a smaller aperture were used (say f/22 or f/32). My guess is that this photo was taken at around f/8 ?

Considering this was taken using print film, the result isn't bad - you are lucky to have found a decent d&p'er.
