The stupid cow should have walked to the left. WJ

Great, this "boring" polder landscape! Just missing some bright yellow flowers in the green grass. Wonderful portfolio. WJ
-
Apart from the grain, I´d remove the upper part and also part of the left hand side (double meaning), because it contains just unsharp areas detracting a bit from the subject. WJ
-
Good idea, but in my opinion a little too busy. Cropping may help. You can remove the whole left part, unless you want to call it ´Everywhere Signs ans Stairs in addition´. Bye, WJ

Pretty sharp and well focussed after having so many beers. Cheers! WJ

Good idea, but I don't like the wire cutting the image in almost equal parts; also, a complete focussed wire would be better imo. Nice soft colors though. WJ

Mysterious shot! Still missing something, don't know what. WJ
-
Sunset man, I'd rather think of "Tidal wave". WJ

Great composition and texture! Just wondering how it would combine with last week's frog. WJ

Symbolism? Not for me. Just a funny picture, with the 'princess' nicely framed (I like the original much better than Doug's versions, sorry Doug). I guess the frog is just waiting for her to become a frog again? Congratulations with PoW, BTW. In the old days I'd have rated it 8/9. WJ

It is somewhat disturbingthe insect and wood being partly out of focus. WJ

Real nice! Am I wrong if I recall to have seen -months ago- a color version of this picture? Orange-like, if I remember well. Or am I confusing this with another photo? Anyway, I'd be interested to compare this one with the color (other than B&W) version. WJ

Thanx to all for your comments. Too bad the stupid cloud was moving in... WJ

Maria-Cristina, too conclude this session (it's been a pleasure for me): just hoping we won't get stuck in mother nature.

Don't worry, I'm a careful driver ;~)

Jack, Fabian, et al.,
Thanx for your interest and comments! Yes, this picture was taken at the roof of La Pedrera, one of the works by the famous Catalan architect Antonio Gaudí. On top of this building it is full of curious decorations, including these four 'guys'.
Regards, WJ

I like this picture better than the original one. Too bad that the bottom is somewhat out of focus, otherwise well done! WJ

Gabi, congrats, interesting picture! (I made a similar comment before, but for some reason my message has been deleted; why?) Too bad that it is hard to see what is at the end of the green stem at the right, but otherwise it looks perfect to me! WJ
-
Phil, I think I agree with your and Robert's comment about the right. I'm not sure if I like the bottom being cut off as you did, I might have cropped the top instead.
Anyway, thanx to all of you for your interest and input! WJ
-
I like it, but would have cropped the top a little. WJ
-
Looks good, but it seems to be cut off at the top; is this where heaven starts? WJ
-
Noodles, I prefer them without colorant. Very well done, anyway. WJ

Nestor,
Crop is a little tight indeed, but otherwise it is a F A N T A S T I C picture, as is your entire portfolio. You have a great eye for structures.
Congratulations with PoW! WJ
