No worries though. But you might as well post the other one as well, I think it is better with more texture in the water as it runs back past the frame.

Great shot.
Whilst the bird does provide some balance across the shot, I would probably prefer if it wasn't there, particularly if the shot was enlarged and it become more obviously blurred when all the other detail can be looked at up close.

John, this is one of the best photographs of south west tasmania that I have ever seen. I think some work with the mid tones is needed, they seem to have been flattened somewhat on the curve to bring out the shadow and highlight detail - nothing that can't be fixed in the dark room. This is a brilliant composition that captures a lot of the scenic grandeur of the region whilst still maintaining supurb intimacy with the subject. It really captures for me something of what makes the south west very special.
Well done. I'll look forward to seeing you work on it in the dark room.

Hi John,
I quite like this one from the POWs. I like the sky mainly for its lower component. To me though the strongest element is the parabola that begins in the bottom left and follows the hills in the valley round. By cropping the top (and IMHO more 'normal' sky) the lower cloud can pick up from this curve. Your eyes then are drawn immediately to the center-right of the image where all the lines in the rock lead but are not trapped there. I would definitely print it.

Nice one, well done; very well exposed with plenty of depth and detail throughout

Well done John, I love this one. As I mentioned on the 35mm version when it was uploaded, I think this composition suits the 6x6 format well.

Mate, trust you to make my grandagon 65 vignette that much. It doesn't do it to me to nearly as significant an extent with normal exposures.
I just had a fiddle in photoshop with a 65mm shot and have realised you have done this by significantly increasing the contrast in your scanned neg to match the print you want- I have attached a file to demonstrate this. Looking at it closely, the gradation seems poorly done by the computer and would probably appear better on paper and can be photoshopped through.
