Bumping this ancient tread as I was curious if anyone could confirm if this Black FX is the real deal.

The only hard part was getting those 2 damn rings seated into those little rollers that are stacked on the pins, but a pair of tweezers, a few beers, and some cursing worked just fine.
Bumping this ancient tread as I'm dealing with the same issue on my R6.2. Does anyone happen to have a photo of how the rollers are supposed to be stacked? There appear to be four (4) different size rollers and I can't seem to figure out which two to stack on which of the four spindles/pins. Thanks for your help.

Honestly, no. It's just that with only 2-3 genuine black bodies having been confirmed, seeing one offered for sale was a surprise. The brassing looks correct/natural – at least to my untrained eye – and the serial number is close to the Pacific Rim Camera example. Not many other photos circulating out there for further comparison, I'm afraid.
