This picture works for me because you waited for the right time to take it, and the resulting shadows mixed with the setting sun really bring it to life. The clouds add even more depth to the photograph and seem to be moving. I kind of wish something was going on with the windows. I don't mean a person waving or anything :), maybe just a glint of light, dust, something ambiguous behind them.. Although that may have been impossible with your distance etc.
