It does show some restraint. The pose, deshabille, and bedroom setting are provocative, but the ambiguity of her expression keeps it from looking like a come-on. The shirt is a shapeless form that doesn't contribute much, but the falling, tangled hair is effective. I think cropping out the right half and the bottom third would make a better picture. The lighting is very effective because it rakes her iris, creating texture and interest.
