Treeline - Edmonds Path

Wonderful afternoon light brought out the textures and colors near NH's Mount Washington as fall met winter. The view is north-west toward the Deception/Dartmouth range. While the background color was a big draw to me, I was initially attracted to the snow highlighted rocks which were not completely covered by snow. As if someone dropped some whipped cream on each like a desert.
