Beautiful shot Don. It looks a bit red on my monitor so I adjusted it like this:

I think the top 3/4 has a lot more interest than the bottom 1/4, and the reflection in the bottom 1/4 is really attracting my attention. My recommended solution: crop the bottom 1/4. Also, it may have a hint of red, but reducing red and blue is exaggerating the green to an unnatural extent; usually those kinds of color corrections only require very small tweaks, and they can easily be overdone. I think your original is already close to the border on over-saturation in any of the colors, so use caution.

I think that taking a vertical shot with non-centered waterfall would also look good.

This is getting close to square, and you have some interesting foliage and rocks on the right that have been removed; consider keeping those. I still think these greens are over the top, but I'm pretty sensitive to saturation, more so than most, and I'm usually a lone opinion on this subject. You have a nice spot here to photograph; I hope you're able to go back at different times of the year and try various compositions.
