Patsy Dunn & Armando Jorge - thank you very much - there were no fancy clouds in the sky so i worked with what I was provided. I stayed almost two hours in this location reviewing the scenery and keeping an eye on the weather conditions since I had a 71 KM drive back to the motel on a road that would challenge my all season tires.

Impressive image Tony. Thanks for your recent comments. I like your warmer version of the deer and reflection much better. The blue wooden box does distract a bit. Regards, rek.

As I struggle to improve the images I produce, I am happy to provide assistance along the way but obviously I cannot do it all the time due to other constraints. Blessings,

Tony,

There isn't enough time in my day to squeeze in life and comment on all your photos, which are beautiful!

Greetings and I really appreciate the time you have taken to comment on a couple of my images and I certainly would not expect you to comment on all of them. At your discretion and if it is easier for you, just rate a couple without comment. Have a blessed day,

If you look carefully you will see the small grey sliver (middle and to the right) of a yellow shrub.  That is the great Yukon unpaved Dempster highway. They recommend you take two spare tires. I took a chance with one spare but then again I was only going to do 160 km (a small portion) of this unpaved road.

This is really a great shot Tony.. I drove up through the Yukon back in the early 80's. What a beautiful place. Amazing how high those mountains are.

Thanks for reposting this, Brent

Larry and Brent - thanks. I really have too many images here at photo.net and I am trying to decide which ones are keepers and which ones i should delete. This folder is not on display but you can click here to see other Yukon images I would love to return to the Yukon but that is not in the cards anytime soon.

A majestic landscape Tony. Well composed from front to back, the colors are great but that mountain steals the show. A real beauty this one.

Best Always, Holger
