This is a good portrait Ray. Lighting is good and so is exposure. Tonal range is also good, as is composition. However, I would prefer to see the lady in this photo looking at her dog, instead of looking nowhere in particular, i.e. more connection between the lady and her dog. However, good photo. Bravo.
