pimpofpixels 0 Posted October 18, 2009 This one, like every Marc's photos here, is outstanding but I only rated 6&6 because my opinion is that Marc have done better in some other of his shots and simply because of that I can't give full points. This is only personal feeling of mine so who cares :) Anyway... Everything is in harmony and the colors are great. Inspiring shot. :) Link to comment

papasan 0 Posted October 19, 2009 Quite an amazing shot. I love the reflection of the sky in the moving water, and the red leaves in the background. I must say this is really unique. Regards - michel Link to comment
chip phillips 0 Posted October 19, 2009 Very nice Marc. The light on the foliage is pretty special-I bet the print will show off quite a bit more than this web version. Link to comment
mcollier 0 Posted October 19, 2009 This image is a great example of what I find so inspiring in your work Marc, and that is the harmony you are able to create. The composition of course is excellent, everything where it should be, thoughtful perspective and great angle. This is what we all hope to achieve, but where you are able to push it another notch is how you are able to balance the nuances like various colors, textures and lighting throughout the frame. Amazing execution of light, and timing. Your use of filters is just amazing, and something I will strive to perfect as you have. Another inspiring work Marc, I am glad you have shared it. chriss1 2 Posted October 19, 2009 you proved many times that you paint your photos rather than just "take them". I can't explain why, but works of art like this one are still astonishing me. No words... only sit in font of screen and admire Link to comment

irene1 0 Posted October 26, 2009 Looks ordinarily nice ,but could not compete with any of you old work .I agree with Jarmo and Luca . Regards,Irene Link to comment
marcadamus 1 Posted October 26, 2009 This certainly isn't an image I view as "ordinary". It may not be a huge favorite for me either though, but it was a rare moment I enjoyed quite a bit. I'm not sure what "not as strong as my old work" means, when 5 of the last 10 images posted in this gallery (not including an older repost) are absolutely right there with my best work, and certainly my most creative.
