Though the angle skews the window frame which outlines the sphere of

this man's bald head, this photo is not only about color, but about

composition -- hence the caption in the Request for Critique. From my

Single Photo, color, folder (at least now). If you rate harshly or very

critically or even just want to be heard, please submit a helpful and

constructive comment; please share your photographic knowledge to

help improve my photography. Thanks! Enjoy! John

We all have our own 'vision'.

I 'saw' this immediately.

When you are out shooting you might 'see' something entirely different I would never see.

That's why there's a critique forum.

I learn what you 'see', vice versa, and we're all richer, (I hope).

I like to deal in juxtapositions -- it's natural to me, for some unknown reason, and I did it from the start.

Others are attracted only to things that are entirely in harmony.

Here, I try to combine the two; as I view this as somewhat aesthetic with good colors and a good, pleasing composition - just no social message.

I take lots of different types of photos, even my Photo of the Week was taken within an hour of one of my most humorous photos ever. and the POW was quite sardonic and ironic, I think.

If I had seen a beautiful landscape next, I would have attempted that.

(However, I seldom shoot flowers . . . . for whatever reason . . . maybe beause I'm not a 'macro' guy, though I have three macro lenses - no, four.)

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
