I guess you could call this a portrait. At least it is part of a human.

Your lighting and exposure is very good. I like the starkness of the bright slippers and legs against the black background. The highlights are very good.

I am not sure why you chose to use a horizontal format. It is more common to shoot a vertical subject in a vertical format. This subject is very left heavy. She should be moved to the right to balance the left and right sides.
