I like the angle like what's been mentioned already but I think the grabber is the change in contrast or dynamic range from the building to the sky. It appears as though the building has perfect lighting but the sky is dark and dreary. I find that a nice combination. I've tried that myself and It's a real cool result when you can pull something like this off.

Good work Raymond, nicely done. I like the angle and perspective. These factors and the sky make a very dramatic image. Bravo.
