this one is a very well balanced image, i find your focal point interesting to say the least. i usually try and place mine closer to the center but on this image how you have placed it is superb it just grabs you and leads you to the center. i have learned something here. it also really contributes to the overall balance. where as this is not your wonderful image "dynamical" its still another really good image. you my friend have done more for the daisy family then anyone else i know. there is one fault for me and that would be those wee black dots on petals. i know they're not much but they are the first thing i notice when looking at the image. the yellow bits from center am also not sure if they belong or not. i sound a real nit picker here but i hope you see it as constructive criticism. at the moment here in the flower section, you and our friend dror are the two who seem to be on a roll. go for it ! all the best......roger

It seems to be a wonderful working relationship between you and your daisys.

And we don`t mind repeating ourselves when we say that we love these florals !

A tiny nitpicking...the yellow spots on the petals :-)

PS Note to your comment on"september song". We always try different crops,

and the final prints of another version will be in square format, and will be included

in our exhibit spring 2010.

Nice to hear that you have visited Norway...welcome back,we`ll buy you a beer !

Warm regards, Anne & Runar :-)

I like when people go against the norm . This is wonderful , the really blurred parts look like a painting . I love where the focus is also . I agree with Roger abbout the dark spots though .

I really like this although I somewhat agree with the above comments….sometimes nature gives us imperfections and that can be beautiful as well. Well done!

Roger- thanks! I do appretiate constructive critique very much because I can learn from it. And your critique is as always spot on. Those spots might be tiny, but the effect certainly is not. Hope to hear much more critique from you in the future. Btw, you seem to visit photo.net regularly again. That's great news for me. :-)

Anne, Runar- the weather last weekend was great, and i spent a lot of time with my beloved daisies. There is still more to come. Where will your exhibition in Norway be? Anyway, I will not forget that part about the beer! :-) Otherwise- same for you as for Roger, I'm always happy about your 'nitpicking'!

Joanie, Pamela- thanks for sharing your opinion, I appretiate it!

Regards, Stanislav

This is so beautiful; I love the way my eye is drawn to the yellow center by the petals. I happen to like very much the pollen (yellow dots) because I like what it says about the nature of this flower. Very beautifully done. I love it. Thank you for sharing. :)
