Good shot!

Good tones in the woodworks. The caption makes the motion blur acceptable; also, that blur is flanked by enough sharp, static surface area to make the blur work. I liked the colors in the whites and darks. My attention turns mostly, though, to the chair at the end of the table's diagonal in the bottom left quadrant. Somehow that chair is competing with the man as subject of the photo.

 

I am not sure of this image being a good one, starting with ceiling light flare and the complicated set up of furniture.

 

The motion of the man is not also the right adding to this image, the man is writing a letter according to the title and not into high speed gear.

 

This is my opinion and not necessary it is a correct one.

I liked your posting of today, but when I saw this one on the lower right of the page, I decided to comment on this. I find both your images, with the movement of the main subject, very nicely done. Even when relatively static, this man's movement and the stillness and sharpness of the rest of the objects, makes it very interesting and original. Well done.
