GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted September 27, 2009 What a lovely portrait of a very beautiful woman Alec.....lovely soft DOF...natural skin tones, and so nice to see her 'ease' when being photographed by you. I normally wouldn't mention it..... as you are at such a high level of professionalism....but on my screen I see 2 white dots that are just above and to the right of her hair that I think 'cloning' out would do the trick. It could just be my screen, so please forgive me if I have not seen the image correctly. White dots or not..........it is a beautiful portrait and an image I'm sure she will treasure for years to come. Most sincerely, Gail Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted September 27, 2009 You have a sharp eye Gail, that's actually the reflection of her hair from the strobe lighting. It's quite acceptable, I didn't even knew it was there. I thought viewers will be more critical about the harsh rim lighting on her left side as I prefer showing less of the burn out highlights. I am just trying out side lighting during daylight. It's more obvious if shot with a dark background in a studio setup. Thanks for following my work...... Link to comment
david_l._forney 0 Posted October 2, 2009 I like the image, Alec. I saw the white speck as hairs right away, but I'm on my good monitor. It's amazing how different some pictures look on my monitor at work. Beautiful image. David Link to comment
