Good framing and the selective B&W is an excellent idea to separate the subject from the background. The only (small) defect I see, at least on my monitor, is a light magenta/violet cast all over the picture.

Thank you for stepping by my works every once in while.I like the ladies look, just two comments:

I feel you can try capturing raw images instead of jpg so that you have more chance to recover detail in the blown out areas (in this case the white shirt and their chicks)

And that in this shot in the back ground I see equal blurriness from the closest area (the man walking) to the most far (the wall) that makes it look a bit fake.

Thank you for your constructive comment. I should mention that I took this image with a compact digital camera and it takes only .jpg images.

I made b&W and blurred the background on purpose in order to ISOLATE the main subjects from the rest.
