Protrusion

An unusual rock cropping in the middle of an otherwise normal gravel slope at the Savage checkpoint in Denali National Park. The sun was breaking through the dense fog which was surrounding the rocks. There are some trees on the right side of the rocks that give you a sense of scale.Sony DSC-R1, ISO-160, f16.0, 1/80, 71.5mm
