Marinko,

Mirjana is a beautiful girl. You have focused very well on her eyes. She has good catch lights and very good eye contact with the camera (viewer). I find her expression to be soft and romantic. She is communicating well with the viewer. Marinko's complexion is very nice. Her make-up is very well applied.

Her skin tone seems a bit washed out and a bit pinkish. Her forehead and right cheek needs more color. The background is nicely out of focus, but anything that is out of focus in the foreground (especially something that big) will draw attention away from your subject.

The photograph is very left heavy. Your subject should have more room in front of her than behind. This allows her to be facing into the picture, not out of it. You want to compositionally balance the left and right sides of the photograph. The compositional "rule" for this suggests that you position the tip of the subject's nose in the vertical center of the photograph. That is a huge piece of out of focus "stuff" behind her.

She has too much head room. Crop some of the top. Your contrast is too high. There is a lack of detail in your dark areas and there is no separation of her irises and pupils.
