Hey Bulent, there's that special light again. Like Jack i feel the lack of gravity. releasing me to drift. As if i were a balloon i feel movement, like being sucked in, along with the clouds. Beautiful ambient mystique to a special place. Looks like it would make a great enlargement.

Interesting tones, kind of highkey mountainscape. I think this makes the illusion of floating, toether with nice lines, having an echo in sky and land. What I would do is to increase color variation in the earth tones by LAB color (our eyes and visual cortex do this automatically, the stupid camera sensor does not). Just an idea

Thank you all very much for your rewarding comments.

I am trying to learn the effects of and the interplay between colors.

Too much way to go :)

Carsten,

Working in LAB color space is a bit difficult with the tools I use.

Still, I will certainly give your idea a try :)

A wonderful image as is - I like it very much. I am trying to interpret what Carsten was advocating and I don't think I got it right.

Using PS CS2,

Contrast/brightness command - made it less bright.

Shadow/Highlight - increased the mid range contrast but not to the sky.

no claims of being better - just an exchange and something for your consideration.

best regards,

Many thanks for your visit, comment and the suggestion.

I guess we are all after the same thing, a bit more pop-up, contrast, variation in the foreground.

Reaching there using whatever method and differing only in the degree.

What stops me from going further is probably the original.

When I looked at it again, I have noticed that I had already gone too far.

I am, however, really pleased by visits of and suggestions by many competent photographers.

Your suggestions slowly but noticeably modify my approach and I am indebted...

Regards,
