dabar 0 Posted September 14, 2009 The title arises from the fact that the foreground object is a'Strange Attractor' rendered as a solid object. This is mostly an exercise in composition, aimed at a feeling of depth. Thanks for your interest! Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 5 Posted September 16, 2009 You suceeded Dave! I feel like the image in the front is a type of spaceship...suspended in time, and the background is like a vortex pulling us inwards...........nice work! Link to comment
dabar 0 Posted September 16, 2009 I thank you both for your continuing interest and comments.I saw this as sort of a metalic 'paper airplane' but later realized that it could also be some sort of future craft of unknown design or purpose. It also made me think of a Robo-Mosquito...Many of these objects are solid renderings of a more nebulous 3D form used in visualizing fluid dynamics. Science and art are closely related in regard to the thought processes involved.I do these mostly to keep my mind active in a positive way. I need that outlet to maintain what's left of my sanity... ;-) Link to comment
