Located west of Wilbur Washington off US 2 I found this ruins of a 2

room school house. Comments and ratings appreciated. You may want to

Jim, Way to control your converging lines. I like the composition and croping, I only wish there was a little more detail on the fromt of the school house. If it was painted with the morning sun? that would to cool. Charles

Thanks for the comment Charles. I agree 100%. It was one of those take what it gave me opportunities. This is about 70 miles from home. I think I may make a morning trip and try catching it then. Regards-Jim

I actually like the light shining through this interesting old building and it certainly adds to the atmosphere of abandonment. Regards, Tina.

These old structures are fascinating; I always wonder what went on in them in earlier days. Good pov against skyline.

This is a wonderful old schoolhouse with many years of service and likely as many stories! It would be worth going back to see what it looked like at sunrise or sunset, the snow would be great too.

Warm regards, Pamela

Lovely pov... the light seems geared to bring out the lines and contours of this quaint little structure... seems like a bell-tower under the steeple, interesting and intriguing... i would have liked some explanation of the modern-looking structures at left as they do intrude into the frame

Thanks all for comments. Your support is appreciated.

Rajat- The structures at the left are grain silos. Wilbur is one of dozens of small farming communities that dot the landscape of Eastern Washington State. The grain silos are a significant feature where ever there is a town and sometimes when there isn't.

Pamela--Great minds......Thanks!

Calvin- Your right. Here is the HDR version.
