From a recent visit to my son.Could not get out of LA quick enough,

what a dump.

Ah! My hometown. Actually, I did grow up in this area and when I was little, it was very cool. Like everything else, it has changed so much...so SO much. It's a shame that you don't have a pic of this area in the 70's. This nasty piece of architecture was not there. In my time, there was a Thrifty's drug on Canon drive (2 blocks over) that sold ice cream for a nickel...mmm...mmm. Anyway, back to photography...my only nit on this is the curve/tilt of the building on the left. Otherwise, nice capture...lovely exposure. Welcome home, Birte.
