Nice capture! "I only wish he were facing my way". No, it is not by wish! The Hummingbird Hawk-moth feeds on flowers, and therefore most of the time faces the flowers, not anybody's way. So, next time (you) try to face the moth's way. If you really want your wish come true, you can do the following experiment: stick a compatible flower full with nektar to your nose; position yourself in the desired frame/field of view of the lens you are employing, and wait, remote control unit in hand,:) It will be a 10/10 capture. Haha, I will definitely take your advice into consideration! Then again, I'd need an 1.8m nose, for my lens to be able to focus... Or I might simply just install a mirror on the other side, & catch both ends simultaneously!
