Larry_G1664882113 15 Posted September 7, 2009 It's worth an excursion aboard the Virginia & Truckee Railroad to get a feel of the conditions facing dreamers in search of the Nevada mother lode of the 1850's and 60's. Shells of mines remain for today's gold rush of tourists. That mother lode turned out to be silver. Your time to comment is appreciated. Link to comment
