She's a cutie. You are right -- she has pretty blue eyes. You have focused well on her eyes. Nice make-up -- appropriate for her age. Good skin tone. I like her smile and the eye contact with the camera (viewer). Your composition is very good (need a little more head room). The background is neutral (green is not the best color to go with human skin). Nice hair light, but be careful. You are getting a little spill on her left temple.

Avoid bright colors and bold patterns in clothing. In a portrait the subject’s face is what is most important and nothing should draw the viewer’s attention away from the face. I like the 60's top, but not for a portrait.

One catch light per eye is preferred. If you have multiple catch lights, only one should be dominant. The ideal position for a catch light is at the 10 or 2 o'clock position. Your "shotgun" catch lights makes her look not of earth. I am assuming she is not possessed.

Take a close look at the corners of her mouth and just below the corners. You have run into some retouching problems. She shouldn't need much done at her age.

You can get by with it at her age, but the lighting is a bit flat for a portrait.
