opinion one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

Its been 13 years since I lived and worked in these parts. This really brings back some great memories!

A majestic image with nice balance and lovely hues - the mists on the valley floor coupled with the akpen glow highlights are the winning elements!

Hello Scott. I have been here once, many years ago (25). I remember how majestic it was. Your image conveys that majesty quite well. I see nothing wrong with this other than wishing there was more foreground to create more depth. I am guessing that your lens could not give you more room. Just a minor consideration. This is truly magnificent and makes me want to go back! You handled the exposure perfectly. Straight into my favorites!!

Mark... I agree... I wish I could have had more interest in the foreground to give more depth and possibly lead in lines. Unfortunately I was standing on a very steep slope sloping downward into the valley, so I would have had to triple the height of the shot to get anything more than treetops.
