She is a pretty girl. You have focused very well on her eyes. She has very good catch lights. Her skin tone and make-up is very good. The composition is good and she has good eye contact with the camera (viewer). The background and the color of the background works well with the subject.

Everything is well integrated to tell her story.

 

If her hand was turned at an angle it would look thinner, more feminine and more graceful.

 

The bright white "blouse?" under her shirt draws my attention away from her face.

 

The vertical lines on the background should be vertical. They are at an angle.

Thank you very much, the white t shirt under her shirt was nice in real life but in a photograph where the whole tone is brown, it will be an eye-catch, I realize this now, I'll think about it for next time.

Concur on the white 'flash', but I like her strong pose and expression, and the slightly disordered hair. Very good modeling on the face.
