gordonjb 10,860 Posted September 18, 2009 The overall feel is one of peace and reverence... time slows to a crawl. The wall and the window opening, frame the enclosed image superbly, reining in the brilliant interior with a softer and darker glimpse of what lies beyond. That is assuming that I an reading the scene correctly. Part of the fun of this for me being the fact that the perspective and relative location of the items is a bit perplexing . The radiance of the figures is handle nicely which would have been a challenge. Nice work. Link to comment
danbliss 0 Posted September 18, 2009 Gordon, I think my photos always look better after one of your thoughtful comments, so thanks! I think you are reading the scene correctly, because of the lighting, the scale and the short lens, the sense of distance is a bit weird. The figures are well behind the wall with the window. Thank you again. Dan Link to comment
gordonjb 10,860 Posted September 18, 2009 Dan; Thanks for the confirmation , having no absolute sense of scale leaves the relative distances open for interpretation. Link to comment
