Charming! Amazing clarity, even when seen blown-up. On my screen there is a mauvish halo around the face that mars a bit my pleasure...

Rajat when I read your comment I looked at the picture in large mode too and I noticed that the left eye is slightly lighter than the right one... I have to revise that.It is interesting also that you mentioned that you see a mauve halo around the face because I don't. I calibrated my screen recently...I will print it though and see, thank you very much for your comment.

The kid has something to say, you bet! marvellous expression and pose. Looks good in high key. Yes, the halo is there but its the same grey color as the face. May be the dodge on the face had a sharper border than you intended.

Excellent portrait & wise pc treatment. There is a slight and acceptable halo around the head but it is not mauve! The RGB values are all identical => the halo is gray! Ciao, Alx

Thank you very much for your input everybody I really appreciate it. The halo by the way is part of the background that as Apurva pointed out is a bit too sharp..

Hi Gail...This little angel is my first grandchild when she was five months old...and now at sixteen months she is into everything, like a new kitten exploring the world around her....-:). Is funny now to think what we have missed when our children were little...when we watch their children grow...and talk about memories, dear friend, when she grows up and I am gone she will remember her grandfather when she looks at the pictures I have taken of her...the meals I cooked for her...the songs I sang for her..the stories I read to her....
